About Brock’s
Brock’s Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning is a family business based in Fairfax, serving homes across Franklin, Chittenden and Grand Isle counties. Sean Brock started the company in 2016 after nearly 20 years in the trade.
Today Sean’s two sons work alongside him, and his daughter answers the phones while she’s in college. When you call Brock’s, there’s a good chance you’re talking to a Brock. We treat every job like we’re working on our own family’s house.

We're Hiring
Brock’s has grown a lot, and we’re always looking for good people to grow with us. If you take pride in your work and want a steady job with a company that treats you like family, we’d like to hear from you. Experienced or ready to learn, we want to talk to you.
Giving Back
Fuel a Cure for ALZ
Sean’s father, Stephen, passed away from Alzheimer’s in April 2022. Our ALZ truck helps keep his memory on the road and raise awareness. In June 2023 we gave a portion of every job, along with sales of our ALZ shirts, to the Vermont Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association’s The Longest Day.
In 2026 we added an In Memory of Stephen Brock sticker to every vehicle in our fleet, so wherever a Brock’s truck goes, he goes too.
